What is the role of art in encouraging us to think in different ways about society?

One way art can help people to think differently about society is by showing there is a
different side to situations and stories. For example, in Bansky's Dismaland,he used a  model of

To what extent do you agree that the London Olympics was successful in encouraging more people to do sport?

I agree that the London Olympics encouraged more people to do sport because it inspired people to do sports. For example a record number of BME's started doing sports as well as the 62,000 disabled people that started to do sports once a week. Therefore more people got inspired to do different types of sports such as athletics and other Olympic sports that they usually wouldn't do.However the number of 16-25 year olds  playing sport declined by 53,000.Therefore the London Olympics encouraged more people to do sport.

I agree that the London Olympics encouraged more people to do sport because more people started doing sports. For example the amount of adults riding bikes to places as increased by 2 million. This means the people that have been encouraged to to sports are becoming much more healthy and having an active lifstyle because they're getting exercise. However lots of people didn't,

Realistic
Dull

What is the role of art in commemorating war?

I think art can commemorate war in a powerful and emotional way. The art work called 'blood swept lands' at The Tower of London commemorates the 888,246 solders that lost their lives. Therefore it made people feel emotional about the war and helps them understand the amount of lives that were lost. However some people think war art should show what war was actually like that is shown by Otto Dixs's art work about world war. Overall.
